Great news for people who reside in Virginia! You can now apply for Special Juvenile or SIJS immigration status until you are 21 years old! 

The possibility of applying for special juvenile status has been extended from 18 to 21 years old. This status gives you a path to legal permanent residency (green card ) and eventually citizenship.
