What we’re looking for
- Admitted to the Virginia bar, or eligible for admission
- Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Experience in immigration law
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree and active bar admission or eligibility for admission in Virginia
- Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written, for bilingual legal communication
Preferred qualifications
- Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills, including drafting motions, contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Experience in client counseling, case evaluation, and representation in negotiations, mediations, and/or court proceedings
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal laws relevant to the firm’s practice areas, preferably with prior experience in those practice areas
- Proficiency with standard law office technology, case management systems, and secure document handling
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple matters, meeting deadlines, and maintaining detailed case records
